Service scope
We provide administrative assistance with business formation — including document preparation, general filing guidance, operating agreement resources and administrative support, and coordination with authorized providers where applicable — along with the brand, website, and digital services described on our website. Individualized legal document preparation, when needed, is handled through appropriately authorized providers. Filings are subject to applicable state authorization and registration requirements, and government processing times are outside our control.
Fees & refunds
BLAKGRID service fees are quoted and confirmed before work begins. They are separate from government filing fees, registered agent fees, and other third-party charges, which are additional. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted. Please contact us with any refund questions before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining your business's ongoing compliance.
